AJAXValue
AJAX Value Investors is a private commercial real estate investment platform providing value-add opportunities. We acquire vacant or partially vacant buildings, undertake renovation or rehabilitation work and lease-up the property. We also provide direct lending in the form of bridge loans for multifamily and commercial projects.
AJAXValue’s bridge to perm loan program is designed to add value to Borrower’s transactions by privately funding loans in situations where conventional and institutional lenders are unable to quote. The firm partners with highly qualified sponsors, workout groups and special servicers, closing most transactions in 60 days or less.

AJAXBespoke’s main strategy is to provide joint venture equity to best-in-class operators and developers. The team creates opportunities for our family office and investors to achieve superior risk-adjusted returns alongside veteran operators in strong markets, utilizing joint venture structures. Bespoke investments are independently executed with real estate operators that have achieved top-tier performance over multiple economic cycles in a specific region.
